Team Building Event Celonis Deutschland GmbH
On August 31, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Geocaching tour as a CityHunters team guide for the employees of Celonis Germany GmbH in Munich. The atmosphere was already buzzing with excitement at our meeting point on Theresienstraße. The 16 participants were divided into three teams, and the team building experience in Munich was ready to begin!
Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off to discover the hidden treasures of Bavaria's capital city. They followed the coordinates through winding alleys and past impressive landmarks such as the majestic Frauenkirche and the fascinating Deutsches Museum. It was a joy to see the teams working together to solve puzzles and find creative solutions.
The combination of teamwork, adventure, and city exploration made the Geocaching in Munich an unforgettable experience. Participants were thrilled with the opportunity to see the city from a new perspective while strengthening their team skills. The friendly competition between the teams added extra motivation and fun.
Throughout the tour, I was available by phone to assist with any questions or issues. However, the teams handled the challenges brilliantly, demonstrating that they were not only smart but also a strong team. After two and a half hours of puzzle-solving and discoveries, we reconvened at our starting point on Theresienstraße for the award ceremony.
The team 'vinissing deployed Rd' secured first place, even though the scoring was a bit unusual that day. It was still a joyful moment that celebrated the successful collaboration of the teams. The weather was also on our side, allowing us to fully enjoy the sunshine.
This day once again showed that team building in Munich is an excellent way to strengthen team spirit while discovering the cultural treasures of the city. Whether exploring the Munich Residence or solving tricky puzzles, participants visibly enjoyed themselves and took home many positive memories. Munich has once again proven to be the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable team adventure!
