Team Building Event PKF Fasselt Partnerschaft mbB
Rostock, the charming Hanseatic city by the Baltic Sea, offers not only historical sights but also thrilling adventures. On August 28, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading a Murder Mystery Geocaching event for the employees of PKF Fasselt Partnerschaft mbB as a CityHunters team guide. The meeting point was the impressive St. Peter's Church, a perfect starting point for our team building experience in Rostock.
The 26 participants were divided into four teams and equipped with tablets that guided them through the city. The teams, including the Sleuths, 2x3Questionmarks, and Longimanus, set off to solve challenging puzzles and crack exciting criminal cases. With the special app on the tablet, they navigated through Rostock and discovered the city from a completely new perspective.
During the tour, the teams passed impressive landmarks like St. Mary's Church and the Rostock Town Hall. These locations became the scenes of mysterious crimes that needed to be solved. It was fascinating to see how the participants worked together to gather clues and unravel the city's secrets. The weather also cooperated, providing a pleasant atmosphere that further boosted team spirit.
After two exciting hours filled with puzzles and adventures, all teams gathered again at St. Peter's Church to celebrate the award ceremony. The Sleuths team secured victory with an impressive 240 points, followed by the 2x3Questionmarks with 225 points and Longimanus with 210 points. The joy and pride of the participants were palpable as they celebrated their achievements.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching was a perfect example of effective team building in Rostock. The mix of adventure, fun, and collaboration not only strengthened the team spirit but also created unforgettable moments. Rostock shone in a new light that day, offering participants a unique opportunity to discover the city while growing together as a team.
