Team Building Event Ambior GmbH
August 27, 2026, was an unforgettable day for the 12 participants from Ambior GmbH who gathered for an exciting Geocaching event in Berlin. Our meeting point was the impressive Palais am Festungsgraben, a perfect starting location for our adventure in the capital. There, I, the CityHunters team guide, welcomed the motivated participants and introduced them to the world of Geocaching.
After a brief introduction and dividing into three teams, equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams embarked on their thrilling journey through Berlin. The teams explored the city on their own, tackling numerous puzzles and team tasks to collect points. The competition for the most points ignited the participants' ambition and engagement, fostering a team building experience in Berlin in a playful way.
During the tour, the teams discovered landmarks like the Berlin Palace and the Pergamon Museum. These cultural highlights not only offered interesting insights but also tricky challenges that the teams had to overcome together. Team spirit was strengthened through collaboration and shared successes as they uncovered the city's hidden treasures.
After three hours of adventure and challenging tasks, the teams reconvened at the Palais am Festungsgraben for the award ceremony. The excitement was palpable as the results were announced: Team 'Anti-Gabriel' secured first place with an impressive 255 points, earning well-deserved medals. Close behind was Team '1st Place' with 240 points.
The perfect weather contributed to the positive atmosphere, making this day an unforgettable experience for all involved. Geocaching in Berlin was not only an exciting adventure but also a wonderful opportunity to discover the city from a new perspective and grow together as a team. The combination of fun, adventure, and team spirit made this day a highlight for Ambior GmbH.
