Team Building Event KAEFER Deutschland Pro Services GmbH
On August 26, 2026, the time had finally come: 71 employees of KAEFER Deutschland Pro Services GmbH gathered for an exciting Geocaching adventure in Bad Arolsen. The starting point was the welcoming Welcome Hotel, where participants eagerly assembled. Divided into 11 teams, they set off to explore the city in a completely new way.
The sun was shining, and the weather was perfect for discovering Bad Arolsen in all its glory. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams embarked on an exciting search for hidden treasures and puzzles. Throughout the tour, the teams competed to score the most points by solving tricky puzzles and completing creative team tasks.
Bad Arolsen, with its historical landmarks like the impressive Arolsen Castle and the charming city church, provided the perfect backdrop for this team building experience. Participants were thrilled by the stories and secrets they uncovered at each station. The city's atmosphere added a special touch to the event.
Throughout the tour, I was available by phone as a team guide to assist with any questions or issues. However, the teams tackled the challenges brilliantly and demonstrated true team spirit. After two exciting hours, everyone reconvened at the Welcome Hotel for the awards ceremony.
The highlight of the evening was the announcement of the winners. Team 10 took the lead with an impressive 255 points, closely followed by Team 4 with 225 points and Team 7 with 210 points. There was great joy and a lively atmosphere as the winners were celebrated.
The Geocaching in Bad Arolsen was more than just a competition; it was an opportunity to grow together as a team and discover the city in an interactive and entertaining way. The combination of fun, adventure, and team building in Bad Arolsen made this day an unforgettable experience for all participants.
