Team Building Event Finanz Informatik GmbH & Co. KG
On August 26, 2026, I had the pleasure of accompanying nine dynamic participants from Finanz Informatik GmbH & Co. KG on an exciting Geocaching event in Hanover. Our starting point was the vibrant Burgstraße, where we gathered with eager anticipation for the adventure ahead.
After a brief introduction, the participants were divided into two teams: Team Berliner and the A-Team. Equipped with a tablet and the CityHunters app, the teams embarked on their scavenger hunt through the picturesque downtown of Hanover. The mission was clear: to collect as many points as possible by solving puzzles and completing team challenges.
Hanover, with its fascinating blend of historical and modern landmarks, provided the perfect backdrop for this team building experience. Participants had the opportunity to explore impressive sites like the New Town Hall and the Marktkirche. As they solved puzzles and discovered the city's hidden treasures, the team spirit was palpable.
The weather cooperated, adding to the positive atmosphere. Although it wasn’t bright sunshine, the mild climate created a pleasant ambiance that enriched the Geocaching experience. The teams were full of energy and enthusiasm as they roamed the streets of Hanover, always on the lookout for the next clue.
After three thrilling hours, the adventure concluded back at Burgstraße, where the awards ceremony took place. With great cheers, Team Berliner was celebrated as the winner, securing first place with an impressive 345 points. The A-Team followed closely with a respectable 315 points.
This Geocaching event in Hanover was a resounding success, once again demonstrating the effectiveness of team building in Hanover. Participants left not only with new insights about the city but also with strengthened team spirit and unforgettable memories. Hanover has once again proven to be an ideal location for exciting and unifying team activities.
