Team Building Event AstraZeneca Pharmaceutical
On August 25, 2026, the time had come: an exciting Geocaching event for the employees of AstraZeneca Pharmaceutical was on the agenda. This team building experience in Munich kicked off at the historic Max-Joseph-Platz, where I, as the CityHunters team guide, welcomed the eleven enthusiastic participants. After a brief introduction and splitting into three teams, the adventure began in the vibrant city center of Munich.
The teams, equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, set off to uncover the secrets of this enchanting city. As they roamed the streets of Munich, their route took them past impressive landmarks like the majestic Frauenkirche and the splendid New Town Hall. The weather was on our side, with its pleasant coolness contributing to the positive atmosphere as the teams solved puzzles and demonstrated their teamwork skills.
The challenge was to collect the most points by solving tricky tasks and coming up with creative solutions. Team spirit was paramount, as only through collaboration could the puzzles be successfully solved. I was available by phone at any time to offer support with any issues, but the teams tackled the tasks brilliantly, showing great unity.
After an hour and a half filled with excitement and fun, the teams returned to Max-Joseph-Platz for the eagerly anticipated award ceremony. With smiles on their faces and a sense of satisfaction, I announced the winning team: 'The winning Team', which impressively took first place with 0 points. This was proof that fun and the shared experience were the main focus.
This Geocaching event was a complete success and once again demonstrated how team building in Munich not only strengthens cohesion but also offers the opportunity to discover the city in a completely new way. The participants went home with many new impressions and a strengthened team spirit. With its charming atmosphere and cultural highlights like the Munich Residenz, Munich once again proved to be the perfect place for unforgettable team building events.
