Team Building Event Tilebein beratende Ingenieure
On August 18, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching event with 13 enthusiastic participants from the company Tilebein Consulting Engineers in Osnabrück. Our adventure began at the Diocese of Osnabrück, where we all gathered to embark on an afternoon filled with puzzles and team spirit.
After a brief introduction, the participants were divided into two teams: 'The Better Ones' and 'Scherlock'. Equipped with tablets and a special app that guided us through the city, both teams set out to uncover the mysteries of Osnabrück. The weather was on our side, providing a perfect backdrop to experience the city from a new perspective.
During the tour, the teams discovered some of Osnabrück's most impressive landmarks, such as the majestic St. Peter's Cathedral and the fascinating Felix Nussbaum House. These locations became scenes of mysterious crimes that needed solving. Participants gathered clues, analyzed evidence, and questioned virtual witnesses to crack the cases and earn points.
The Murder Mystery Geocaching not only offered an exciting challenge but also an excellent team building experience in Osnabrück. The teams had to work quickly and efficiently together to solve the puzzles and score the most points. Throughout the tour, I was available by phone to assist with any questions or issues, but the teams handled the challenges brilliantly.
After 2.5 hours of intense investigation, we reconvened at the Diocese of Osnabrück for the awards ceremony. With a narrow lead of 15 points, 'The Better Ones' secured the victory with a total of 330 points, while 'Scherlock' came in second with 315 points. The pride and joy of their accomplishments were evident on the participants' faces.
The Murder Mystery Geocaching in Osnabrück was not only an exciting adventure but also a fantastic way to strengthen team spirit and experience the city in a completely new way. I am already looking forward to the next team building event in Osnabrück and the new challenges that await us!
