Team Building Event BSN-Jobst GmbH
Emmerich am Rhein, known for its impressive Rhine Bridge and the historic St. Martini Church, provided the perfect backdrop for an exciting team building event on August 3, 2026. As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of leading 17 enthusiastic employees from BSN-Jobst GmbH on an exhilarating Murder Mystery Geocaching adventure through this charming town.
Our journey began in front of the majestic St. Martini Church, where I warmly welcomed the participants. After a brief introduction, the participants were divided into three teams: 'Pfefferkörner', 'Team Logistik', and 'Sunshine'. Equipped with a tablet that served as both a compass and an investigative tool, the teams set off to uncover the secrets of Emmerich am Rhein.
The teams navigated through the picturesque streets of the city, passing landmarks such as the Christuskirche and the Emmerich Rhine Museum. Along the way, they had to solve tricky puzzles and tackle exciting team challenges. Each solved puzzle earned points and brought the teams closer to solving the mysterious cases. The participants experienced Emmerich am Rhein from a completely new perspective as they gathered clues and interviewed witnesses.
The weather was perfect and contributed to the lively atmosphere. Although the teams were on their own, I remained available by phone to provide support if needed. After 2.5 hours of intense investigation, the teams returned to St. Martini Church, where the excitement reached its peak during the awards ceremony.
With 180 points each, 'Pfefferkörner' and 'Team Logistik' shared first place, closely followed by 'Sunshine' with 120 points. But regardless of the rankings, all participants had one thing in common: they experienced an unforgettable team building experience in Emmerich am Rhein, which strengthened team spirit and provided lots of fun and camaraderie.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching was not only an adventure but also a wonderful opportunity to discover and utilize the individual strengths of team members. Emmerich am Rhein once again proved to be the perfect setting for such an event, which will be remembered by the participants for a long time.
