Team Building Event DZ HYP AG
Geocaching in Hamburg is an event concept that uniquely combines adventure, fun, and team spirit. On July 30, 2026, I had the pleasure of welcoming 36 enthusiastic participants from DZ HYP AG to an unforgettable team building experience in Hamburg as a CityHunters team guide. Our meeting point was Rosenstraße, an ideal starting location for our adventure through the Hanseatic city.
The participants were divided into six teams, ready to uncover the secrets and treasures of Hamburg. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, they set off to experience the city from a completely new perspective. Their journey took them to impressive landmarks such as the Elbphilharmonie and the historic Chilehaus, which not only dazzled visually but also presented some tricky puzzles.
The pleasant weather contributed to the teams' energy and enthusiasm. Each location offered new challenges that could only be solved through teamwork and creativity. The participants demonstrated impressive team skills and found creative solutions to tackle the tasks. The competition for the most points added extra excitement and motivation.
After three hours of discoveries and challenges, the teams returned to Rosenstraße, where the eagerly awaited award ceremony took place. The team 'The fancy Six' secured first place with an impressive 195 points. Close behind were the teams 'Michel' and 'Miss Marple,' each with 180 points. The joy and pride of the participants were evident, and it was clear that this team building experience in Hamburg had a lasting impact.
Geocaching in Hamburg is more than just a game – it's an opportunity to discover the city in an interactive and entertaining way while strengthening team spirit. The unique atmosphere of Hamburg, combined with the challenge of solving puzzles and finding hidden treasures, makes this event an unforgettable experience.
