Team Building Event Phytron GmbH
The perfect weather accompanied us on this unforgettable day of Geocaching in Augsburg. The sun shone brightly over the city, creating an excellent atmosphere as the 60 participants from Phytron GmbH gathered at 9:00 AM at Elias-Holl-Platz. This central location, surrounded by the impressive architecture of Augsburg's town hall, provided the ideal starting point for our adventure.
The participants were divided into 11 teams and equipped with tablets that guided them during their Geocaching tour through Augsburg. Each team set out to discover the city in a completely new way. The tasks required not only keen observations and creative solutions but also excellent teamwork – the core of a successful team building experience in Augsburg.
During the tour, the teams explored some of the city's most fascinating landmarks. From the historic Fuggerei to the magnificent St. Ulrich and Afra, and even the Augsburg Puppet Theater – each stop was an experience in itself. The puzzles and challenges that needed solving pushed the teams and led to numerous aha moments and exuberant joy.
After three hours full of adventure and discoveries, all teams reconvened at Elias-Holl-Platz for the eagerly anticipated awards ceremony. It was a neck-and-neck race, but ultimately, the team 'Don’t panic!' secured first place with an impressive 315 points. The 'A-Team' followed closely with 300 points, while 'Janz Jut' took third place with 285 points. The joy over the medals was immense and reflected the successful collaboration and team spirit that had developed during the event.
This Geocaching experience in Augsburg was more than just a competition – it was an opportunity to experience the city from a new perspective and strengthen the bonds within the teams. Team building in Augsburg once again proved that it can perfectly combine fun, adventure, and camaraderie. An unforgettable day that will remain in the memories of all participants for a long time!
