Team Building Event Hilti Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH
July 24, 2026, was a perfect summer day in Landsberg am Lech, ideal for an exciting team building event. Seven enthusiastic employees from Hilti Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH gathered at 8:45 AM at Georg-Hellmair-Platz to participate in a thrilling Murder Mystery Geocaching. The sun was shining brightly, creating a pleasant atmosphere as the teams prepared for their detective mission.
After a warm welcome and introduction by me, their CityHunters team guide, the participants were divided into two teams: 'Early Birds' and 'The Greatest'. Equipped with tablets and a special app that guided them through the city, the teams embarked on an exciting scavenger hunt through Landsberg am Lech. Their mission: solve tricky puzzles, collect clues, and make the city safe again.
The route took the teams to some of the most beautiful sights in Landsberg am Lech. Participants had the chance to explore the impressive City Parish Church of the Assumption of Mary and the fascinating Herkomer Museum while hunting for clues. It was impressive to see how the teams worked together to unravel the secrets of this historic city.
Throughout the tour, the teams were on their own, but I was always available by phone if they needed assistance. The friendly competition for the most points added extra excitement and motivation. After three hours of adventure and team spirit, the teams returned to Georg-Hellmair-Platz for the eagerly anticipated award ceremony.
With 345 points, the 'Early Birds' team emerged victorious, closely followed by 'The Greatest' with 330 points. Both teams displayed impressive teamwork and creativity, making this team building experience in Landsberg am Lech an unforgettable one.
The Murder Mystery Geocaching not only gave participants the opportunity to discover Landsberg am Lech in a new way but also strengthened their team spirit. It was a day full of fun, excitement, and collaboration – exactly what makes a successful team building event. I am already looking forward to accompanying the next Murder Mystery Geocaching in this beautiful city!
