Team Building Event Gemeinschaftspraxis für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und Psychotherapie
On July 10, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Geocaching event for the community practice of child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy in Bochum. Our journey began at the picturesque promenade by Lake Ümmingen, where I welcomed the 15 eager participants. The group was divided into three teams, who set off to explore the secrets of Bochum and collect points along the way.
During the Geocaching in Bochum, the teams had the opportunity to experience the city in a completely new way. Equipped with a tablet and the CityHunters app, the teams embarked on an exciting discovery tour. They navigated through the vibrant city, visiting impressive landmarks like the German Mining Museum, the Bochum Theatre, and the imposing Bismarck Tower. Each location offered new puzzles and team challenges that needed to be solved to earn points.
The weather was perfect, creating a pleasant atmosphere as the teams eagerly and creatively tackled the tasks. It was impressive to see how the participants brought in their individual strengths and grew together as a team. The team spirit that developed during this team building event in Bochum was truly inspiring.
After two hours of intense puzzle-solving and searching, the teams returned to the promenade by Lake Ümmingen, where the eagerly awaited award ceremony took place. Team 'Fanta Four' claimed victory with an impressive 210 points. Teams 'Team 3' and 'The Clever Five' followed closely behind, both with a respectable 180 points.
This Geocaching event in Bochum was not only an opportunity to explore the city in an interactive way but also an unforgettable team building experience. The participants had the chance to strengthen their collaboration while enjoying the charming atmosphere of Bochum. Whether for a company outing or a team building event, Geocaching in Bochum offers a unique combination of fun, adventure, and team spirit that will surely be remembered.
