Team Building Event BMW Group
The Murder Mystery Geocaching in Garching bei München is a unique event concept that fascinatingly combines excitement and team spirit. On July 8th, 2026, at 3:00 PM, I had the pleasure of welcoming a group of 19 enthusiastic employees from the BMW Group as a CityHunters team guide. The meeting point was the lively Bürgerplatz, where the participants gathered in eager anticipation.
After a brief introduction, I divided the participants into three teams. Equipped with tablets and a special app, they embarked on an exciting scavenger hunt through Garching bei München. The teams were on their own and engaged in a friendly competition to earn the most points. They could collect these points by solving tricky puzzles and engaging in exciting team tasks. Throughout the tour, I was available by phone to assist them with any questions or issues.
The weather was perfect, providing the ideal backdrop for our adventure. The teams explored the city, discovering the European Southern Observatory and the impressive St. Severin Church, all while searching for clues. Garching bei München transformed into a vibrant stage full of mysteries and puzzles waiting to be solved.
After two thrilling hours, the teams reconvened at Bürgerplatz for the awards ceremony. The joy and pride in their collective achievements were palpable. It was inspiring to see how the Murder Mystery Geocaching not only strengthened team spirit but also enhanced each participant's individual creativity and problem-solving skills.
This team building experience in Garching bei München was a resounding success, offering participants the chance to see their colleagues in a whole new light.
