On July 4, 2026, the moment had arrived: THOST Projektmanagement GmbH was ready for an unforgettable team building experience in Karlsruhe. The bustling Festplatz was the meeting point, where 99 excited participants gathered to embark on a unique adventure. Divided into 15 teams, the participants set off on the CityHunters Geocaching tour through the picturesque city of Karlsruhe.
Armed with a tablet and a lot of team spirit, the teams set out to discover the hidden treasures of the city. Karlsruhe, with its impressive landmarks like the majestic Karlsruhe Palace and the fascinating Center for Art and Media Technology, provided the perfect backdrop for this thrilling adventure. The teams were challenged to solve tricky puzzles and tackle creative team tasks to collect valuable points.
Throughout the tour, I was available as a team guide via phone to assist with any questions or issues. However, the teams rose to the challenges with flying colors, showcasing what real team building in Karlsruhe is all about. The participants were enthusiastic and enjoyed the perfect blend of fun, adventure, and teamwork.
After three exciting hours, the teams returned to the Festplatz, where the anticipation reached its peak. The awards ceremony was about to begin, and it was time to crown the top teams. With an impressive 388 points, 'Team 12' secured first place, closely followed by 'Team 1' with 335 points and 'Team 10' with 326 points. The cheers were loud, and the joy over the achieved successes was palpable.
The weather couldn't have been better, and the participants enjoyed the sunny atmosphere as they shared their experiences. This Geocaching event was a complete success, once again demonstrating how enriching team building in Karlsruhe can be. The combination of cultural highlights, like the impressive Federal Court of Justice, and the city's unique atmosphere made this day an unforgettable experience. We are already looking forward to the next adventure in Karlsruhe!
