On July 1, 2026, Höhr-Grenzhausen treated us to a perfect summer day, ideal for an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching event. Thirty-nine enthusiastic employees from Atruvia AG gathered on Bergstraße, ready to uncover the city's secrets as detective teams. Equipped with six teams, the adventure kicked off in the heart of Höhr-Grenzhausen, where participants were provided with tablets and a special app to explore the city in a whole new way.
The teams set out to solve tricky cases while experiencing landmarks like the Westerwald Ceramics Museum and the Ferbach Fort from a fresh perspective. Not only did they get to enjoy the city's beauty, but they also had the chance to showcase their team skills. The challenge was to collect clues, solve puzzles, and uncover the city's mysteries—all while competing for the highest score.
Tension was in the air as the teams roamed the streets of Höhr-Grenzhausen, each eager to outdo the other. Despite the competitive nature, team spirit was paramount, as collaboration and communication were key to solving the puzzles successfully. The participants were on their own but knew they could always rely on their team guide, who was just a phone call away.
After three thrilling hours of puzzles and adventures, the teams returned to Bergstraße for the awards ceremony. Team 'South Africa' clinched first place with an impressive 360 points, closely followed by teams 'Qatar' and 'New Zealand,' who also shone with the same score. Each participant received a personalized certificate as a memento of this unforgettable team building experience in Höhr-Grenzhausen.
