Team Building Event THRE3 by Travel Marketeers GmbH
On June 25, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Geocaching adventure for the company THRE3 by Travel Marketeers GmbH in Berlin as a CityHunters team guide. The meeting point was the impressive Palais am Festungsgraben, an ideal starting location for our thrilling team building experience in Berlin.
The 13 participants were divided into three teams and equipped with tablets that guided them through the bustling capital. With smiles on their faces and full of anticipation, the teams set off to discover the hidden treasures of Berlin. They navigated through the city, passing iconic landmarks like the Berlin Cathedral and the Altes Museum, while solving tricky puzzles and mastering creative team tasks.
The weather cooperated, creating a pleasant atmosphere that further fueled the participants' spirit of exploration. Throughout the tour, I was available by phone to assist with any questions or issues, but the teams faced the challenges with great success, showcasing impressive team spirit.
After three exciting hours of discoveries and challenges, the teams returned to the Palais am Festungsgraben for the eagerly awaited awards ceremony. The team 'ROMANO & THE HÜTE' secured first place with an impressive 375 points. They were closely followed by the 'SALES ROCKETS' with 300 points and 'THE SURVIVORS,' who also delivered a strong performance with 270 points.
This Geocaching event in Berlin was a complete success, once again highlighting the fun and team spirit that such an adventure entails. The participants not only experienced the impressive architecture and history of Berlin but also tested and strengthened their team skills.
