Team Building Event UniCredit S.p.A. Branch Germany
On June 25, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Geocaching event for 19 enthusiastic employees of UniCredit S.p.A. Branch Germany in Munich. The event kicked off at the impressive Max-Joseph-Platz, where all participants gathered eagerly. After a brief introduction and division into four teams, we were off: each group was given a tablet with our CityHunters app, guiding them on an exciting journey of discovery through Munich.
The sun was shining brightly, providing the perfect backdrop for our team building experience in Munich. The teams set off to solve puzzles and uncover hidden treasures throughout the city. Their route took them to some of the most impressive landmarks, such as the majestic Frauenkirche and the fascinating Deutsches Museum. Participants were thrilled to experience Munich in a completely new way, exploring not only the well-known sites but also the hidden corners of the city.
During the Geocaching, the teams engaged in friendly competition to collect the most points. The tasks required not only brainpower but also teamwork and creativity. It was inspiring to see participants come together to find solutions, leveraging their individual strengths to overcome challenges. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, motivation, and a strong sense of camaraderie.
After three hours of adventure and discovery, all teams reconvened at Max-Joseph-Platz for the awards ceremony. The moment of suspense as the most successful team was announced capped off this unforgettable day. Ultimately, everyone was a winner, as the team building experience in Munich forged new connections and strengthened team spirit.
This Geocaching event in Munich was not only an opportunity to see the city from a new perspective but also a wonderful way to grow together as a team. The combination of fun, adventure, and teamwork made this day an unforgettable experience. Munich once again proved to be the perfect place for such a team building event, one that will be remembered for a long time.
