Team Building Event DHL Group Corporate Procurement
On June 25, 2026, the moment finally arrived: 14 enthusiastic participants from the DHL Group Corporate Procurement gathered at the entrance of the Schloßkirche in Bonn to embark on an exciting Geocaching adventure. From the very start, the atmosphere was filled with anticipation and eagerness, as a special team building experience in Bonn was on the agenda.
After a warm welcome from me, their CityHunters team guide, the participants were divided into three teams. The teams 'Aperol Spritz,' 'Sun Shine Group,' and 'SoccerStorm' prepared to explore the city of Bonn in a completely new way. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, they set off: navigating through the picturesque city center of Bonn and discovering hidden corners and fascinating sights along the way.
Even though the weather was quite changeable that day, it did nothing to dampen the spirits. On the contrary, the slightly cool temperatures provided a refreshing breeze that sharpened the senses and boosted team spirit. The participants skillfully tackled tricky puzzles and exciting team challenges as they weaved past impressive locations like the Bonn Minster and the Beethoven House.
Each team was highly motivated to score the most points, leading to an exciting competition. After three hours of fun and adventure, all teams reconvened at the entrance of the Schloßkirche for the awards ceremony. Team 'Aperol Spritz' secured first place with an impressive 225 points, closely followed by the 'Sun Shine Group' with 210 points. Team 'SoccerStorm' also showed great effort, finishing in third place with 90 points.
This Geocaching event in Bonn was a complete success, not only strengthening team spirit but also creating unforgettable memories. Participants were able to experience Bonn from a new perspective and get to know the city at its most charming. Such a team building experience in Bonn is not just an adventure but also a wonderful opportunity to strengthen team bonds and grow together.
