Team Building Event DOVISTA
On June 23, 2026, the participants from DOVISTA experienced an unforgettable team building experience in Gdańsk. At precisely 4:00 PM, 25 enthusiastic employees gathered in front of the stylish PURO Hotel in the heart of the old town. The excitement and anticipation for the upcoming adventure were palpable as they were divided into five teams and set off on an exciting Geocaching tour through the historic city.
Armed with tablets, the teams embarked on their adventure. The sun was shining brightly, and the perfect weather contributed to the good mood. The participants explored Gdańsk in new and fascinating ways. From the impressive Crane Gate to the majestic St. Mary's Church and the bustling Neptune Fountain, challenging puzzles and exciting tasks awaited them everywhere, which could only be solved through teamwork.
Throughout the tour, the teams competed to earn the most points. It was impressive to see how participants brought their individual strengths to the table and found creative solutions together. The team spirit grew with each challenge, and participants could fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of the city.
After 2.25 hours filled with adventure and discoveries, the teams returned to the starting point. The excitement mounted as the awards ceremony approached. With 300 points, the team 'Team won dovista' secured first place, closely followed by 'Lost in Gdansk' with 255 points. The team 'Nana and the Bois' took third place with 210 points. The joy over the achievements and shared experiences was great, and all participants agreed: this team building experience in Gdańsk was a complete success.
