Team Building Event Schrobsdorff Bau AG
Geocaching in Dresden is a wonderful way to experience the city from a completely new perspective! During our recent team building event with Schrobsdorff Bau AG, we had the opportunity to fully enjoy the excitement of this activity. The participants gathered at a central location, the Maritim Hotel Dresden, where I warmly welcomed them as the CityHunters team guide. With 70 enthusiastic participants divided into 13 teams, we had an exciting afternoon ahead of us.
Once the teams received their tablets with the CityHunters app, the adventure began. The tour led through the heart of Dresden, passing impressive landmarks such as the majestic Frauenkirche and the grand Semperoper. The teams navigated from one point to the next, solving tricky puzzles and completing creative team tasks to collect valuable points. This not only sparked ambition but also strengthened team spirit.
The weather was on our side – it was pleasant and contributed to the positive atmosphere. The teams were full of energy and enthusiasm, and it was a joy to see them working together to overcome the challenges. Each participant brought their individual strengths to the table, making the experience even more enriching. The team spirit was almost tangible, and it was impressive to observe how the participants bonded.
After three thrilling hours of adventure, all teams gathered back at the starting point for the award ceremony. There was a joyful anticipation as the points were tallied and the winning team was announced. The pride and joy of the shared experiences were visible on the faces of all participants.
