Team Building Event NEW AG
The Murder Mystery Geocaching in Mönchengladbach offers an exciting blend of adventure, team spirit, and city exploration. On June 16, 2026, I had the pleasure of guiding a group of 13 dedicated employees from NEW AG on an unforgettable treasure hunt through Mönchengladbach. The meeting point was the lively Alte Markt, where the participants eagerly awaited the upcoming event.
After a brief introduction, the participants were divided into two teams and equipped with tablets to guide them through the city. The teams were then on their own to solve various criminal cases while discovering the city from a completely new perspective. With each solved puzzle and completed team task, they collected points, bringing them closer to the goal of making Mönchengladbach safe again.
The tour took the participants past some of the city's most beautiful landmarks. The impressive Mönchengladbach Cathedral and the modern Museum Abteiberg not only provided a stunning backdrop but also challenging puzzles to solve. The historic Mönchengladbach Water Tower also served as the setting for one of the thrilling cases to crack.
It was particularly impressive to see how the teams collaborated to overcome the challenges. Each participant contributed their individual strengths, and together they managed to uncover the city's secrets. The competition for the most points added extra motivation, making the team building experience in Mönchengladbach a particularly dynamic event.
After two and a half hours of intense investigation, the teams reconvened at the Alte Markt for the award ceremony. Team 'two' secured victory with zero points and was duly celebrated. Regardless of the outcome, everyone agreed: The Murder Mystery Geocaching in Mönchengladbach was a resounding success and an unforgettable experience that strengthened team spirit and provided loads of fun.
