Team Building Event Uniper IT GMBH

On June 16, 2026, the moment had finally arrived: 30 enthusiastic participants from Uniper IT GMBH gathered for an exciting Geocaching tour in Frankfurt. The meeting point was the Holiday Inn on Mainzer Landstraße, where I, as their CityHunters team guide, warmly welcomed them. After a brief introduction and dividing into five dynamic teams, our team building adventure in Frankfurt began.

Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams embarked on an exciting journey of discovery through the vibrant city of Frankfurt. They navigated through the heart of the city, stopping at significant landmarks such as the majestic St. Bartholomew's Cathedral, the impressive Alte Oper, and the historic Römer. Each of these stops offered not only fascinating insights into the city's history and culture but also challenging puzzles and exciting team tasks to solve.

The competition for the most points sparked the participants' ambition, and it was impressive to see how each group utilized their individual strengths to overcome the challenges. The teams were on their own throughout the tour, but they knew I was just a phone call away in case of any issues. This added an extra dimension of self-reliance and team spirit to the event.

After 2.5 hours of fun and excitement, the teams returned to the Holiday Inn for the joint award ceremony. The tension was palpable as the points were tallied. With a proud 300 points, 'Team 3' secured first place, closely followed by 'Team 2' with 285 points and 'Team 1' with 240 points. The joy and pride of the teams were contagious, perfectly rounding off this successful day of team building in Frankfurt.

This Geocaching event in Frankfurt was more than just a game – it was an opportunity to experience the city in a new, interactive way and grow together as a team. The participants will surely remember this unforgettable adventure for a long time. Frankfurt charmed us with its diversity and allure, showing that team building can also be a bit of a journey of discovery.
