Team Building Event Penny Markt GmbH
The Geocaching event in Lehrte provided the perfect opportunity to blend fun, adventure, and team spirit in a unique way. On June 16, 2026, I had the pleasure of welcoming 12 motivated employees from Penny Markt GmbH to an exciting team building experience in Lehrte as a CityHunters team guide. Our meeting point was the impressive Matthäuskirche, an ideal starting point for our thrilling journey through the city.
After a brief welcome and introduction, the participants were divided into three teams. Armed with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off to discover Lehrte's hidden treasures. The atmosphere was energetic and eager from the start, and the teams were ready to tackle the challenges ahead.
During the team building experience in Lehrte, the teams navigated through the charming city center, visiting fascinating locations such as the Städtische Galerie Lehrte and the historic Museumsstellwerk Lpf Lehrte. At each station, tricky puzzles and exciting tasks awaited to be solved. It was impressive to see how the participants collaborated to find creative solutions and collect points.
Although the teams were mostly on their own, I was available by phone to assist with any questions or issues. However, the teams handled the challenges brilliantly, showcasing their strong team spirit.
After three hours of discoveries and teamwork, the participants returned to the Matthäuskirche for the award ceremony. Team 'Red' triumphed with an impressive 375 points, securing first place. Team 'Team2' followed in second place with a respectable 225 points. The joy and pride of the participants were palpable, and the perfect weather added to the good mood.
The Geocaching in Lehrte was not only an exciting adventure but also an unforgettable team building experience. The combination of fun, competition, and exploring the city made this day a special highlight. Lehrte, with its sights and charming atmosphere, captivated the participants and proved to be an ideal location for team building events.
