Team Building Event geOps AG
A Geocaching event is the perfect way to experience Strasbourg in a completely new way! On June 11, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading a Geocaching event for a 17-member group from geOps AG as a CityHunters team guide. Our journey began at the lively Place Kléber, where I warmly welcomed the participants and divided them into three teams. Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off to discover the hidden treasures of this charming city.
During the event, the teams were on their own to solve exciting puzzles and team tasks. Participants had the opportunity to explore Strasbourg's landmarks, such as the impressive Strasbourg Cathedral and the fascinating Musée d’Art moderne et contemporain de Strasbourg. Each team member contributed their unique skills to overcome the challenges, with teamwork being the main focus. The competition for the most points added extra excitement and motivation.
The weather was on our side, making the exploration of the city even more enjoyable. The teams navigated through the picturesque streets of Strasbourg, enchanted by the city's history and secrets. It was a joy to see the participants not only solving the puzzles but also strengthening their team dynamics and having fun together.
After 2.5 hours filled with adventure and discoveries, we reconvened at Place Kléber for the award ceremony. Team 1 secured first place with an impressive 300 points, closely followed by Team GeoPS with 285 points and Team Terra with 270 points. The excitement and pride were palpable as the winners were announced.
This Geocaching event in Strasbourg was an unforgettable experience that not only strengthened team spirit but also offered the opportunity to discover the city from a new perspective. The combination of fun, adventure, and team spirit made this day a special highlight for everyone involved. Strasbourg enchanted us with its charm and diversity and will surely be remembered for a long time.
