Team Building Event RheinLand Versicherungs AG
The Geocaching event for the employees of RheinLand Insurance AG in Koblenz was a huge success! With the perfect blend of fun, adventure, and team spirit, participants experienced the city in a completely new way. The day began at the Mercure Hotel, where I warmly welcomed the 50 participants and divided them into ten teams. Equipped with tablets and full of anticipation, the teams set off to uncover the secrets of Koblenz.
The teams immersed themselves in the fascinating world of Geocaching while exploring the charming downtown area of Koblenz. Along their route, they encountered impressive landmarks like the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument at the Deutsches Eck. The participants were thrilled by the stories and mysteries awaiting them at each station. Throughout the tour, the teams were on their own, solving puzzles and completing team tasks to earn valuable points.
The competitive spirit was palpable as the teams vied for the most points. After 2.5 hours of discoveries and challenges, all participants gathered back at the starting point, the Mercure Hotel, for the award ceremony. Team 'Born to Win' triumphed with an impressive 330 points, securing first place. Following in second and third place were teams 'Eins plus fünf' and 'Knoppers,' who also delivered outstanding performances. The winning teams were honored with medals, bringing smiles to their faces.
The Geocaching event in Koblenz was not just an adventure, but also an excellent opportunity for a team building experience. Participants had the chance to contribute their individual strengths and overcome challenges together.
