Team Building Event Siemens Healthineers LLC
June 9, 2026, in Nuremberg was a perfect day for a Geocaching adventure. Under the bright sun, 20 enthusiastic participants from Siemens Healthineers LLC gathered at the centrally located Leonardo Royal Hotel. The excitement was palpable as we divided the participants into three groups: the 'Service Ready Team,' the 'City Slickers,' and the 'MEA Mavericks.' Armed with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off to discover Nuremberg's hidden treasures.
The tour led participants to some of the city's most fascinating landmarks. The Nuremberg Castle, majestically overlooking the city, was one of the highlights. The impressive St. Sebald Church and the Germanic National Museum also offered exciting puzzles and challenges to solve. As the teams navigated through the winding streets, they not only explored the city but also strengthened their team spirit.
Geocaching in Nuremberg is the perfect blend of adventure, fun, and team building. Participants had to work together to crack codes, find creative solutions, and track down hidden clues. Everyone contributed their individual strengths, and collaboration was the key to success. The teams were on their own, but I was always just a phone call away to assist with any questions or issues.
After 1.5 hours full of excitement and discoveries, we regrouped at the starting point, the Leonardo Royal Hotel. The awards ceremony was the grand finale of this unforgettable team building event. With 150 points, the 'Service Ready Team' secured first place, closely followed by the 'City Slickers' with 135 points and the 'MEA Mavericks' with 120 points. The pride and joy over their accomplishments were clearly evident among all participants.
