Team Building Event Siemens Healthineers AG
On May 19, 2026, it was once again time for an exciting Geocaching adventure in Erlangen, organized by CityHunters. The participants, 18 dedicated employees of Siemens Healthineers AG, gathered with anticipation on Henkestraße, ready to experience the city in a whole new way. The good mood was palpable, the weather was cooperative, and the atmosphere was optimistic from the start.
After a brief introduction and division into three teams – 'Winners', 'Treasuries finest', and 'Luck hunters' – the participants set out to discover the secrets of Erlangen. Equipped with the CityHunters App, the teams embarked on an exciting exploration tour. Every step through the charming streets of the city, past impressive landmarks like the Friedrich-Alexander University and the Botanical Garden, presented new challenges and puzzles to solve.
The Geocaching in Erlangen proved to be an ideal opportunity for team building. The teams worked together to find creative solutions, and each participant was able to contribute their individual strengths. Throughout the tour, the teams competed for the most points, which further fueled ambition and motivation. The team guide was always reachable by phone to assist with questions or issues, providing participants with a sense of security.
After two exciting hours full of adventure and teamwork, all teams met again on Henkestraße for the award ceremony. In a thrilling finale, the 'Winners' claimed first place with 240 points, closely followed by 'Treasuries finest', who also scored 240 points. The team 'Luck hunters' took third place with 150 points. The applause and joy over the shared experience were immense.
This Geocaching event in Erlangen was more than just a competition – it was an experience that strengthened team spirit and created unforgettable memories. The combination of fun, adventure, and the unique atmosphere of Erlangen made this day a successful team building experience that will be remembered for a long time. Erlangen has once again shown that it is the perfect place for such events, and we are already looking forward to the next adventure in this wonderful city!
