Team Building Event HELDELE GmbH
A Murder Mystery Geocaching in Tübingen is an exciting blend of adventure and a team building experience, placing participants in the role of detectives. On May 13, 2026, I had the pleasure of guiding a group of 10 enthusiastic employees from HELDELE GmbH through the picturesque streets of Tübingen as a CityHunters team guide. We began our adventure at the bustling Holzmarkt, where the participants arrived with enthusiasm and curiosity.
After a brief introduction, the participants were divided into two teams: the 'Sherlocks' and 'TüFun'. Equipped with tablets and a special app that guided them to crime scenes around the city, the teams embarked on their thrilling quest. The goal was to solve puzzles and complete team tasks to earn as many points as possible and make Tübingen safe again.
As the teams roamed through the city, their route took them past some of Tübingen's most beautiful landmarks. The Stiftskirche and Hohentübingen Castle provided not only an impressive backdrop but also challenging puzzles to solve. The Hölderlinturm, another highlight, inspired with its historical atmosphere and contributed to the special mood of the event.
The weather cooperated, creating a pleasant atmosphere that was perfect for our team building experience in Tübingen. The participants tackled the challenges with flying colors, demonstrating impressive teamwork and creativity. Throughout the tour, I was available by phone to assist with any questions or issues, but the teams largely managed the tasks independently.
After two exciting hours filled with puzzles and adventures, everyone reconvened at the Holzmarkt for the awards ceremony. With 300 points, the 'Sherlocks' secured first place, closely followed by 'TüFun' with 225 points. The joy over their success was immense, and the participants celebrated their achievements together.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching in Tübingen was a resounding success, offering participants not only the chance to discover the city from a new perspective but also to strengthen team spirit. An unforgettable experience that will surely be remembered for a long time!
