Team Building Event Kervita Ambulant
On April 29, 2026, the moment finally arrived: six enthusiastic employees from Kervita Ambulant gathered in Putbus for an unforgettable Geocaching event. The starting point was in Alleestraße, where I, as the CityHunters team guide, warmly welcomed the participants. The excitement was palpable, as everyone was ready to dive into the adventure and discover the city of Putbus from a whole new perspective.
After a brief introduction and distribution of the tablets with the CityHunters app, the teams set off. The sunny weather contributed to the cheerful atmosphere and provided the perfect backdrop for our team building experience in Putbus. The participants were full of energy as they navigated through the charming city, solving puzzles and uncovering hidden treasures. The route led them past impressive landmarks like the Putbus Castle Park, the Orangery, and the majestic Castle Church.
Throughout the tour, the teams were on their own, which made the competition for the most points even more exciting. However, I was always available by phone to assist with any questions or issues. The teamwork and collaboration among the teams were impressive and demonstrated how effective team building in Putbus can be.
After two thrilling hours of discoveries and challenges, the teams returned to Alleestraße for the award ceremony. The anticipation grew as the points were tallied. With 75 points, Team 'Cloverleaves' emerged as the shining winners. The cheers were loud, and the joy over their shared success was clearly evident.
This Geocaching experience in Putbus was not only an exciting adventure but also a fantastic opportunity to strengthen team spirit and explore the city in an interactive way. The participants were thrilled with the variety of tasks and the chance to see Putbus in a new light.
