Team Building Event SPIE SAG GmbH
April 21, 2026, was a perfect day for an unforgettable Geocaching adventure in Berlin! With bright sunshine and pleasantly mild temperatures, the SPIE SAG GmbH group gathered at 2:30 PM at the impressive World Clock at Alexanderplatz. The 12 participants were warmly welcomed by me, their CityHunters team guide, and divided into two teams: 'Maria's Warriors' and the 'A-Team'.
After a brief introduction to the world of Geocaching and an explanation of the rules, the teams set off with their tablets for an exciting team building experience in Berlin. Equipped with the CityHunters app, they embarked on a journey to discover the hidden treasures of the city. The tour took them to some of Berlin's most fascinating sights, including the majestic Berlin Cathedral and the impressive Bode Museum.
The participants were full of enthusiasm and tackled the challenges with creativity and team spirit. During the tour, the teams were on their own, but I was available by phone at any time to assist with questions or issues. It was inspiring to see how the participants worked together to solve the tricky puzzles and track down the hidden clues.
After 1.5 hours of adventure and discoveries, the teams returned to the World Clock at Alexanderplatz, where the eagerly awaited award ceremony took place. 'Maria's Warriors' triumphed with an impressive 180 points, securing first place, while the 'A-Team' took second place with a respectable 90 points.
This team building experience in Berlin was a complete success! The combination of fun, competition, and exploring the city thrilled all participants. Berlin showed its best side and provided the perfect setting for an event that will be remembered for a long time. Whether solving puzzles or discovering the city's cultural treasures, this Geocaching adventure brought the teams closer together and strengthened their team spirit.
