Team Building Event McKinsey & Company
On April 17, 2026, we experienced a perfect day for an exciting Geocaching adventure in Milan. The sun was shining over the city as I welcomed the 17 participants from McKinsey & Company in the lively square in front of the impressive Milan Cathedral. The anticipation was palpable as we prepared for an unforgettable team building experience in Milan.
After a brief introduction, the participants were divided into four teams to explore the city on their own. Equipped with a tablet and the CityHunters app, they embarked on their journey through the streets of Milan. The teams were eager to uncover the secrets of this fascinating city and showcase their teamwork skills.
During the tour, the route led the teams past some of Milan's most famous landmarks, such as the majestic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and the historic Castello Sforzesco. Each team was determined to solve the puzzles and challenges and collect as many points as possible. The combination of fun, adventure, and team spirit made this team building event in Milan a special experience.
After two thrilling hours filled with puzzles and challenges, all teams reconvened at the starting point, P.za del Duomo. The excitement was high as we proceeded to the award ceremony. The team 'Hochofenjäger' took the lead with an impressive 180 points and were delighted to receive medals. The 'Aperol Hunters' followed with 135 points, while 'Veni Vedi Vici' secured third place with 120 points.
This Geocaching experience in Milan was a complete success and demonstrated how much fun and camaraderie such an event can bring. The participants not only enjoyed the cultural highlights of the city but also the opportunity to grow as a team and gain new experiences. Team building in Milan is a wonderful way to see the city from a new perspective while strengthening team spirit. Milan enchanted us with its charm and diversity, and this day will remain in our memories for a long time.
