Team Building Event Fahrschule Schröder
On April 25, 2026, it was finally time: 23 adventurous participants from the Schröder Driving School gathered at the Town Hall Square in Lippstadt to experience an exciting Geocaching event. With the aim of combining fun and a team building experience in Lippstadt, the participants were divided into four teams. Equipped with tablets and full of anticipation, they set off on their tour through the charming city.
The teams set out to discover the hidden treasures of Lippstadt. Their journey took them past impressive landmarks such as the Great St. Mary's Church and the Lippstadt City Museum. As they delved into the fascinating history of the city, they solved tricky puzzles and tackled exciting team challenges.
The weather couldn't have been better—perfect conditions for an unforgettable team building experience in Lippstadt. The participants were on their own, but the team spirit was palpable: everyone contributed their individual strengths to overcome the challenges. The team guide was always available by phone to assist with any questions or issues, but the teams completed the tasks with flying colors.
After three hours of adventure and discoveries, the teams returned to the Town Hall Square, where the eagerly awaited award ceremony took place. Team 'Froschi Frosch (1st back)' secured first place with an impressive 375 points, closely followed by 'Maulwürfchen' with 345 points and 'Traktor' with 300 points. The joy over their success and shared experiences was immense.
This Geocaching event was not just a competition but also an opportunity to experience Lippstadt from a new perspective. The participants enjoyed the mix of adventure, culture, and fun that made this team building experience in Lippstadt so special. An experience that will be remembered for a long time and strengthened the team cohesion sustainably.
