Team Building Event Hartmann Verpackung GmbH
On April 24, 2026, I had the pleasure of welcoming twelve enthusiastic employees from Hartmann Packaging GmbH to an exciting Geocaching event in Hamburg. Our adventure began at the back of St. Peter's Church, where I warmly greeted the participants. With a sense of anticipation and team spirit, the participants were divided into three teams to embark on an unforgettable exploration of the Hanseatic city.
Equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off to discover Hamburg's hidden treasures. Their journey took them past impressive landmarks like the Elbphilharmonie, the Chilehaus, and the fascinating Speicherstadt. The participants solved tricky puzzles and demonstrated their teamwork through creative challenges. It was fantastic to see how the team building experience in Hamburg brought the group together and provided loads of fun.
Throughout the tour, I was available by phone to assist the teams with any questions or minor challenges. However, the teams excelled at the tasks, proving that they were strong not only individually but especially as a team. After two exciting hours, everyone reconvened at our starting point to celebrate the winners.
With 135 points, Team 'Matthias' secured first place and enjoyed a well-deserved victory. They were closely followed by Team '3' with 105 points and Team 'Bogi' with 90 points. The joy and pride in their achievements were evident, resulting in beaming faces all around.
The weather cooperated beautifully that day, adding to the positive atmosphere. The sun peeked through the clouds, giving our team building event in Hamburg a special charm. It was a thoroughly successful day that not only showcased the beauty of the city but also strengthened team spirit.
Geocaching in Hamburg is a fantastic way to experience the city in a new, interactive manner while also fostering team cohesion. I look forward to the next adventure and more exciting experiences in this wonderful city!
