Team Building Event Deutsche Post AG, Vertrieb P&P
On April 23, 2026, we had the pleasure of hosting an exciting Geocaching event for 25 motivated employees of Deutsche Post AG, Sales P&P, under the bright sun in Nuremberg. The starting point of our adventure was the elegant Sheraton Carlton Hotel on Eilgutstraße, where participants gathered with eager anticipation.
After a brief introduction, the participants were divided into five teams and equipped with tablets to experience the fascinating city of Nuremberg in a whole new way. The teams immersed themselves in the thrilling world of Geocaching, always on the lookout for hidden treasures and tricky puzzles. During their tour through the charming old town, they discovered sights like the imposing Nuremberg Castle, the impressive St. Lorenz Church, and the historic Albrecht Dürer House.
This team building experience in Nuremberg offered participants the perfect opportunity to showcase their teamwork skills. Whether solving puzzles or tackling creative team tasks, everyone could contribute their individual strengths. The competition for the most points added extra motivation and excitement. The teams were on their own but could receive phone support from their CityHunters team guide whenever needed.
After 2.5 hours of fun and adventure, the teams returned to the Sheraton Carlton Hotel for the award ceremony. The team 'Yellowhunters' secured first place with an impressive 255 points, followed by the 'Nurbarchbauers' with 210 points and the 'Red Socks' with 165 points. The joy over their achievements was immense, and the atmosphere was jubilant.
This Geocaching event in Nuremberg was not only an opportunity to explore the city interactively but also an unforgettable team building experience. The participants got to know each other better, strengthened their collaboration, and enjoyed the beauty of Nuremberg together.
