Team Building Event Hydro Building Systems Summit 2026
On April 14, 2026, participants of the Hydro Building Systems Summit experienced an unforgettable team building experience in Copenhagen. The event concept uniquely combined fun, adventure, and team spirit, allowing participants to discover the Danish capital from a completely new perspective. Our Geocaching event kicked off at the bustling Rådhuspladsen, where I, as the CityHunters team guide, welcomed the 150 motivated participants.
After a brief introduction and division into 22 teams, the participants, equipped with tablets, set off to find Copenhagen's hidden treasures. The teams navigated through the city, tackling exciting puzzles and team tasks. Their route led them to impressive landmarks such as the majestic Amalienborg Palace and the historic Rosenborg Castle. The participants were thrilled to experience these sights as part of an adventurous team building experience in Copenhagen.
Throughout the tour, the teams were on their own, competing for the most points. However, I was available by phone at any time for questions or issues. The teams showed great dedication and creativity in solving the tasks, which fostered team spirit and collaboration. The weather also cooperated, providing ideal conditions to fully enjoy the city.
After 2.25 hours, all teams reconvened at the starting point, Rådhuspladsen, for the eagerly awaited awards ceremony. Team 'Team 22' secured first place with an impressive 195 points, earning well-deserved medals. Teams 'Team 15' and 'Team 8' both finished in second and third place with 165 points, respectively, and were also recognized for their outstanding performance.
This Geocaching event in Copenhagen was a resounding success, offering participants not only the chance to explore the city in an interactive and entertaining way but also strengthening the bonds within the teams. Copenhagen once again proved to be the perfect backdrop for such a team building event, and I am sure the participants will remember this adventure for a long time to come.
