Team Building Event Johnson & Johnson
On April 13, 2026, I had the pleasure of guiding 30 dedicated employees from Johnson & Johnson through an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching event in Hamburg. Our thrilling journey began at the back of the main church, St. Petri, an ideal spot to kick off our detective work and get the teams ready for the challenges ahead.
The participants were divided into five teams and equipped with tablets that led them on an exciting scavenger hunt through Hamburg. As we toured the city, visiting iconic places like the impressive Elbphilharmonie and the historic Chilehaus, the teams were tasked with solving tricky puzzles and gathering clues. This team building experience in Hamburg not only provided a fantastic opportunity to see the city from a new perspective but also helped strengthen team spirit.
Despite the unpleasant weather, with a light drizzle accompanying us, the participants didn't let it dampen their spirits. On the contrary, the weather added an extra touch of adventure and excitement to the atmosphere. It was impressive to see how the teams collaborated to overcome challenges and uncover the city's secrets.
After 2.5 hours of discovery and puzzle fun, all teams reconvened at our starting point, the back of the main church, St. Petri, for the awards ceremony. Team 'Rickmer Rickmers' secured the victory with an impressive 360 points, followed by the 'Fischbrötchenmafia' with 330 points and 'J&J Hunters & Finn' with 300 points. It was an exciting competition that demonstrated the importance of teamwork and communication.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching was a perfect example of a successful team building event in Hamburg. It not only strengthened camaraderie but also showed how much fun it can be to explore the city together and discover new sides of Hamburg. An unforgettable experience that will surely be remembered for a long time!
