Team Building Event Munich Re
On March 26, 2026, 13 motivated employees from Munich Re gathered in Schliersee to embark on an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching adventure. The meeting point was the picturesque Leitnerstraße, where I, as their CityHunters team guide, warmly welcomed the participants. After a brief introduction, the participants were divided into two teams and set off on an exhilarating scavenger hunt through the town.
The teams 'Streichelzoo' and 'Teamname' each received a tablet to guide them through the mysterious streets of Schliersee. The weather was quite varied, but that only added to the adventure, presenting an extra challenge and fostering even more team spirit. The participants seized the opportunity to discover the city from a completely new perspective and immerse themselves in the role of detectives.
During the tour, the teams passed impressive landmarks like the St. Sixtus Church and the Schliersee Farmers' Theater. These locations became the scenes of mysterious crimes that needed solving. With every puzzle solved and every team task successfully completed, participants collected valuable points. The excitement and fun of the team building experience in Schliersee were palpable as the teams combined their strengths and worked together on the solutions.
After two intense hours filled with riddles and challenges, the teams reconvened at Leitnerstraße for the award ceremony. Team 'Streichelzoo' triumphed with an impressive 210 points, securing the victory. However, the second-placed team 'Teamname' also performed strongly with 150 points. The joy of the shared experience and the strengthened collaboration was evident among all the participants.
