Rothenburg ob der Tauber is a true gem in the German landscape, providing a perfect backdrop for unforgettable team building experiences. On March 14, 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming 59 dedicated employees from the University Hospital of Würzburg for an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching event. The adventure kicked off at the charming Hotel Wildbad, where participants gathered with eager anticipation.
Divided into nine teams and equipped with tablets, the participants set out to explore the picturesque streets of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Known for its well-preserved medieval architecture, the city offered the perfect setting for our mystery adventure. The teams were tasked with solving tricky puzzles and completing thrilling challenges as they passed landmarks such as the impressive Town Hall and the fascinating Medieval Crime Museum.
The weather was on our side, creating a pleasant atmosphere that further fueled the participants' spirit of discovery. The teams worked diligently to uncover the city's secrets, always aiming to collect the most points. The excitement was palpable as teams roamed the streets, analyzing clues and gathering evidence.
After two intense hours filled with adventure and team spirit, all teams reconvened at Hotel Wildbad for the awards ceremony. The atmosphere was electrifying as the results were announced. Team 3 triumphed with an impressive 330 points, securing first place. Team 7 and Team 5 followed closely with 285 and 270 points, respectively.
This team building event in Rothenburg ob der Tauber was a resounding success, offering participants not only the chance to discover the city from a new perspective but also to strengthen their team bonds.
