Team Building Event Bayer AG
On March 3, 2026, I had the pleasure of leading an iPad Tour for the enthusiastic employees of Bayer AG in Traben-Trarbach. We met at the charming market square in Bernkastel-Kues, where I warmly welcomed the 16 participants and divided them into three teams. With an iPad in hand and a smile on their faces, the teams embarked on their adventure through the picturesque streets of Traben-Trarbach.
The tour offered a captivating blend of history, culture, and cutting-edge technology, making the team building experience in Traben-Trarbach unforgettable. As the teams navigated through the city, they had the chance to discover landmarks like the impressive Grevenburg and the fascinating Buddha Museum. Each puzzle and team task required creativity, resourcefulness, and above all, team spirit.
The weather was perfect, creating a pleasant atmosphere as the teams competed for the most points. The CityHunters app allowed participants to communicate in real-time and track scores, which further fueled the competitive spirit. Of course, I was always available by phone to assist with questions or minor issues.
After two exciting hours full of challenges and discoveries, all teams gathered again at the market square for the award ceremony. With great excitement, the team 'The Fun Ones & Ivan' was crowned the winner, having scored an impressive 405 points. They were closely followed by 'The Internationals' with 360 points and the team 'Winters,' which finished in third place with 150 points.
The iPad Tour in Traben-Trarbach was not only an opportunity to explore the city in a new way but also an excellent team building event that strengthened the collaboration and unity of the participants. Traben-Trarbach once again proved to be an ideal location for such an interactive experience, one that will surely remain in the participants' memories for a long time.
