Team Building Event GETEC Wärme & Effizienz GmbH
41 employees of GETEC Wärme & Effizienz GmbH met on February 3, 2026 at 4:00 PM for an exciting Geocaching event in Warburg.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group at Hotel Zeitgeist at the Paderborner Tor and gave a brief overview of the schedule. After explaining the rules and checking the digital tour equipment, the participants were split into six teams and set off through the old town full of anticipation.
The teams explored Warburg independently, followed coordinates, solved puzzles and tackled joint team challenges. At special locations such as the Erasmus Chapel, the Museum im Stern and St. Maria in vinea there were additional tasks that required clever thinking and collaboration. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team performances – the competitive spirit was tangible, and the camaraderie even more so.
The weather showed its rougher side, but that only made the tour more memorable: wet paths and a brisk wind created a great atmosphere, plenty of laughs and creative problem solving. Moments like these strengthen bonds – genuine team building experience in Warburg that lasts long after the event.
I was reachable by phone throughout the tour to assist with questions or technical details. After about two hours all teams gathered again at Hotel Zeitgeist for the award ceremony. The excitement was high – and the winning team was unexpectedly Rüstuge rostge with 0 points. An unusual result that nonetheless brought much joy, applause and group photos.
This afternoon once again demonstrated how effective team building experience in Warburg can be: playful, thrilling and with real added value for team spirit. The mix of city exploration, small challenges and shared successes makes Geocaching in Warburg a highly recommended activity for companies looking to combine camaraderie and fun.
