Team Building Event Emeritus
Under bright sunshine we got ready for a fantastic afternoon in Turin.
As the CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming 21 colleagues from Emeritus on February 6, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. The meeting point was the ESCP Business School on Via Andrea Doria. After a brief introduction our iPad Tour in Turin began: each team received an iPad and a walkthrough of the CityHunters App, which served as the heart of the high-tech Scavenger Hunt.
The group was split into four teams, and soon the squads set off to discover Turin in a playful new way. During the tour teams were on their own and competed in friendly rivalry for the most points. Points were awarded for solving puzzles correctly and for creative team tasks — teamwork, inventiveness and powers of observation were required. The CityHunters App displayed the scores in real time and enabled motivating live interaction.
The team building experience in Turin showed its best side: between the striking Mole Antonelliana, the historic Museo Egizio and the elegant Palazzo Madama there was plenty of playful energy, shared laughter and real collaboration. The mix of culture, puzzle fun and modern technology made the iPad Tour an intense experience that strengthened relationships and revealed team dynamics.
I was reachable by phone throughout the tour in case questions or technical problems arose, though more often than not the solution came from the teams themselves. After exactly three hours all groups met back at the ESCP Business School for the award ceremony.
The winners' podium was led by the team Terminators with 180 points — a well-deserved triumph after committed effort and clever strategy.
Overall the event was a complete success: lots of fun, many aha moments and a lasting team building experience in Turin.
