Team Building Event Imara GmbH & Co KG
In perfect weather we set off early in the evening for an energetic Geocaching event in Tübingen.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming twelve motivated colleagues from Imara GmbH & Co KG to Holzmarkt on 11 December 2025 at 5:00 PM. After a brief introduction and an explanation of the app, we split the group into three teams. With high spirits and clear rules we were off: pure team building experience in Tübingen.
The route took the teams through Tübingen's charming old town and past well-known landmarks such as the Stiftskirche, the Hölderlinturm and the university. Along the way there were many small puzzles and team tasks to solve — creativity, observation and quick collaboration were required. Points were awarded for correctly solved challenges and successful team performances; exploring quickly turned into a friendly competition that strengthened the group's bond. The team building experience in Tübingen showed itself at its best.
Throughout the tour the teams were largely on their own and could test their strategies. If technical questions or uncertainties came up, I was available by phone and assisted when needed. The mix of navigation, problem-solving and joint decision-making made clear how the team building experience in Tübingen brings teams closer together.
After about 2 hours and 15 minutes all teams returned to Holzmarkt for the awards ceremony. The suspense was high — and the joy over the shared experiences even greater. The winning team drei Engel für Kerstin took first place with 330 points. Following them were die 4 Fragezeichen with 255 points and Rentierjäger with 240 points. Warm congratulations to all participants!
Events like this combine fun, discovery and genuine team building experience: you get to see Tübingen anew, exchange impressions and celebrate shared successes. For me as a guide such evenings are always inspiring — varied, motivating and lasting. I am already looking forward to the next adventure in this beautiful city.
