Team Building Event PLAYpublic GmbH
The Xmas iPad Tour is an interactive event concept that brings together team spirit, puzzle fun and the festive atmosphere of the city – exactly what we delivered for the company christmas party of PLAYpublic GmbH.
As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed the 16 participants at the agreed meeting point on Haagstraße in Moers. After a short introduction to the CityHunters app and the game rules we split the group into four teams. Then everyone set off, equipped with iPads, curiosity and plenty of anticipation – a real team building experience in Moers had begun.
The tour led the teams through the charming city centre, past well known spots like Moers Castle, the Stadtkirche Moers and the Schlosstheater Moers. The tasks varied: classic puzzles, creative photo and video missions and team challenges that demanded cooperation and ingenuity. Each team worked on its own and vied in friendly competition for the most points. Thanks to the real-time high score feature the excitement stayed high throughout the tour.
The weather that afternoon was particularly nice, which enhanced the festive mood and made exploring the city even more enjoyable. I was reachable by phone during the entire game and could quickly assist with technical questions or other enquiries – this kept the flow going and allowed the teams to focus fully on the tasks.
After 2.5 hours everyone reconvened at the starting point on Haagstraße for the awards ceremony. We announced the results: the victory went to Spider Murphy Gang with 315 points, followed by Die abgefuckeden 5 with 300 points and Rentier Rasauten with 285 points. The joy and team spirit during the presentation of the small prizes were the perfect finale.
The Xmas iPad Tour once again demonstrated how much fun a team building experience in Moers can be: shared laughter, creative collaboration and discovering the city bring people together – an experience that lasts long after the event.
