Team Building Event DRK- Landesschule BW gGmbH
The perfect weather accompanied us at our Geocaching event on November 26, 2025 at 2:00 PM in Schwäbisch Hall and set a cheerful tone from the start.
As a team guide for CityHunters I welcomed 16 participants from DRK- Landesschule BW gGmbH — the meeting point was Im Haal, where after a short introduction four teams were formed. I explained the format, handed out the tablets with the preinstalled CityHunters app, and showed how the tour works. Thus began a dynamic team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall that perfectly combined adventure and collective puzzling.
The tour took the groups across the historic old town of Schwäbisch Hall: stops like St. Michael's Church, the Kunsthalle Würth and the town hall not only provided impressive backdrops but also exciting tasks and tricky puzzles. The teams were left to their own devices along the route, came up with creative solutions and eagerly collected points — either by solving puzzles correctly or by actively participating in the team challenges. I remained reachable by phone at all times in case questions or minor issues arose.
The friendly competition and varied tasks visibly strengthened the group spirit: there was plenty of laughter, joint problem solving, tip-sharing and exchanging of experience. Moments like these clearly show how valuable a team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall is for groups looking to try something new beyond the everyday office routine.
After exactly three hours all teams met back at Im Haal for the awards ceremony. First place went to the team Die Bambis with 360 points. Coming in next were Eichhörnchen and Füchse with 345 points each. The winners wore beaming smiles and received well-deserved medals — a lovely shared finale.
Geocaching with CityHunters in Schwäbisch Hall combines curiosity, culture and team spirit. I’m already looking forward to the next time we explore more corners of this charming town together and once again bring a team building experience to life in Schwäbisch Hall.
