Team Building Event Shell

Milan showed its best side today, providing the perfect backdrop for our Geocaching event: vibrant, inspiring and full of mysteries just waiting to be discovered.

As the team guide I met the 14 participants from Shell at 3:00 PM at the Piazza del Duomo. After a short introduction I explained the plan, handed out the tablets with the CityHunters app and split the group into three teams. Shortly after we were off: a team building experience in Milan at every turn, with clear tasks, puzzles and exciting team challenges that demanded both brains and creativity.

The teams moved independently during the tour and enjoyed a friendly competition. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team challenges, which helped strengthen cohesion within each group. I stayed reachable by phone the whole time and provided hints and logistical support when needed.

Our route took the groups past iconic sights such as the Milan Cathedral, through the elegant Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and near the Castello Sforzesco. At every stop new challenges awaited that tested not only navigation and powers of observation but also prompted shared laughter and togetherness. This is how a team building experience in Milan is genuinely fun and lasting: playful, exploratory and connecting.

After two hours everyone met back at the Piazza del Duomo for the award ceremony. The weather stayed perfect and spirits were high. Team 2 took first place with 270 points congratulations. Team 1 and Team 3 tied for second place with 225 points each, underlining the close competition and the great effort by all involved.

It was an all-around successful afternoon filled with exciting challenges, shared moments of success and plenty of laughter. Anyone wanting a team building experience in Milan will find here a varied mix of culture, play and effective team development. I am already looking forward to the next adventure in Milan with new teams and new stories.
