Team Building Event Handwerkskammer Ulm
Ulm showed its charming side that November afternoon and provided the perfect setting for an exciting Murder Mystery adventure. As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming 14 colleagues from the Handwerkskammer Ulm on November 18, 2025 at 3:40 PM and introducing them to our Murder Mystery Geocaching.
The group met on Olgastraße, where I gave a short rules briefing and split the participants into three teams. Equipped with tablets and our special app, the teams set off: the city center became the scene of numerous mini-cases, taking them past the Ulm Minster, the town hall and the Museum of Bread Culture. Technology, detective instinct and teamwork were required — collecting clues, solving puzzles and completing team tasks.
During the tour the three teams were on their own and engaged in a friendly contest for the highest score. Points were awarded for correct solutions and successful team tasks; I remained available by phone throughout and provided support when questions arose. The mix of puzzle fun and city exploration produced many aha moments and a lively atmosphere — the perfect team building experience in Ulm that everyone enjoyed.
After roughly 2.75 hours we met again on Olgastraße for the awards. The results reflected the close but fair competition: first place went to team die Untauglichen with 300 points, followed by die Kammerjäger with 280 points and die schnellen Enten with 255 points. At the final get-together there was plenty of laughter, a few short stories about successful team strategies and the occasional surprising solution path.
This event once again showed how intense and lasting a team building experience in Ulm can be: you rediscover familiar places like the Ulm Minster and the town hall, solve tasks together and strengthen cooperation. I am already looking forward to the next tour — a team building experience in Ulm truly brings people together and inspires.
