Team Building Event BNP Paribas S.A. Niederlassung Deutschland

As a CityHunters team guide I led a lively iPad Tour on November 11, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. for 13 colleagues from the BNP Paribas S.A. Germany branch in Bad Wiessee. We met at the Boutique Hotel Relais Chalet Wilhelmy on Freihausstraße, where I warmly welcomed everyone and gave a brief introduction to using the iPads and the CityHunters app. After the briefing the participants split into three teams and the duel for the highest score began.

The atmosphere was energetic from the start: during our team building experience in Bad Wiessee everyone worked together to solve puzzles, complete creative team tasks and rediscover the town. The teams moved independently through the town centre, explored the lakeside promenade at Lake Tegernsee, took a look at the Parish Church Mariä Himmelfahrt and strolled through the Kurpark. The groups stayed connected via the app and I was reachable by phone throughout the tour in case of technical questions or other queries.

The weather was on our side — not too cold, pleasant for a walk and just right for concentrating on riddles and coordinating with one another. The tasks required different skills: observation, quick thinking and above all teamwork. That is what makes our concept so strong: the iPad Tour combines playful elements with a genuine team experience. The team building experience in Bad Wiessee becomes an active event that brings colleagues closer together.

After two hours all teams returned to the hotel for the final ceremony. The tension was high and the results were impressive: winners were Team 2 with 270 points, in second place The First with 255 points and third place went to the Cherries with 210 points. Congratulations to all teams!

For me it was once again a wonderful example of how much fun and value an iPad Tour as a team building experience in Bad Wiessee can offer: entertaining, motivating and connecting. I am already looking forward to the next event in Bad Wiessee and to new teams who want to discover the town in a playful way.
