Team Building Event ZfP-Reichenau
Our Murder Mystery Geocaching blends city exploration with clever puzzles and genuine teamwork – an event concept that perfectly combines excitement, fun and a team building experience in Constance.
On November 7, 2025 at 3:00 PM I, as team guide, welcomed 29 motivated colleagues from ZfP-Reichenau at Augustinerplatz. After a short introduction the participants were split into five teams and shown the equipment and game idea: tablets with the app guided the investigations, marked crime scenes and presented the cases to be solved together. The mood was cheerful and full of anticipation from the start – the pleasant weather supported the relaxed atmosphere.
The teams then set off on their own searches through Constances old town. Our route took them past familiar spots that became small stages for the stories: from Constance Cathedral past the striking Imperia to the Rhine Bridge – always with a focus on teamwork and joint problem solving. Along the way clues had to be collected, puzzles solved and team challenges completed to earn points. I was reachable by phone in case questions or technical issues arose.
During the three hours of play it was clear how much Murder Mystery Geocaching strengthens togetherness: teams discussed strategies, relied on different strengths and celebrated small successes together. That is how a successful team building experience in Constance works – through shared moments, communication and the joy of solving tasks as a group.
After three hours everyone met again at Augustinerplatz for the awards ceremony. The upbeat atmosphere continued as the results were announced and the best teams were celebrated. Moments like these repeatedly show how lasting the positive effects of a company outing can be.
As the guide it was wonderful to see how much energy and cohesion that afternoon released. Anyone looking for a team building experience in Constance will find a lively mix of city exploration, puzzle fun and genuine team moments here – an experience that echoes long after.
