Team Building Event Mitteldeutsche Netzgesellschaft Strom mbH
Grimma enchants with historic architecture and lively squares — and on November 6, 2025 we had the pleasure of creating a special experience here.
As the team guide I met the 35 participants from Mitteldeutsche Netzgesellschaft Strom mbH at the market at 10:00 AM. After a short welcome and briefing, the participants were split into five teams and given iPads before the exciting iPad Murder Mystery Tour began. The atmosphere was positive from the start: perfect conditions, motivated colleagues and great spirits — ideal for a genuine team building experience in Grimma.
The playful route wound through the town past highlights like the Pöppelmann Bridge, the Klosterkirche Grimma and Grimma Castle. At several stations puzzles and team tasks awaited that could only be solved through cooperation. Each team had to rely on itself and competed for the most points. I stayed available by phone in case of questions or technical issues, so support and safety were always on hand.
After exactly two hours all teams met again at the market for the awards ceremony. The scores showed how tight and exciting the competition had been: first place went to Grimma Krimi with 210 points, closely followed by Team immerblau with 195 points and Team 5 +1 in third with 180 points. The winning team received medals — a nice finish to a strong team performance.
Events like this show how much fun a team building experience in Grimma can be: the mix of puzzle fun, competition and city exploration promotes communication, creativity and cohesion. Whether along historic facades, with a view of the Pöppelmann Bridge or a stop at the Seume House, the town becomes a stage for shared successes.
