Team Building Event Prysmian Kabel und Systeme GmbH

The 15 participants from Prysmian Kabel und Systeme GmbH met on 16 October 2025 at 3:30 PM at the station square in Nuremberg, ready for an exciting Geocaching event.

As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group, gave a brief introduction and split them into three teams. After an overview of the schedule and the technology the teams set off: tablets and our app accompanied them on a varied tour through the city.

The teams were on their own during the Scavenger Hunt and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for creative team tasks — exactly the ingredients that make a team building experience in Nuremberg so effective and enjoyable.

Our route led the groups past well-known sights: from the imposing Nuremberg Castle to the lively Frauenkirche and the historic Albrecht Dürer House. These landmarks gave the tour context and plenty of opportunities for original team photos and shared moments.

I was reachable by phone throughout the tour and provided quick support when questions arose. The weather cooperated: pleasant and mild enough to keep spirits high and help everyone focus on the tasks.

After exactly three hours everyone met back at the station square for the awards ceremony. Tension was high as the results were announced: first place went to team Aliens with 270 points, second place to another team also called Aliens with 230 points, and third place to Frankenstein with 155 points. The teams in first through third received medals in recognition of their team spirit and performance.

This event once again showed how powerful and versatile a team building experience in Nuremberg can be: it combines physical activity, a love of puzzles and collaboration against a historical backdrop. Many thanks to Prysmian for the wonderful afternoon — I look forward to the next adventure together in Nuremberg!
